Shipping Questions
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?
I ship form Florida.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated based on weight and which shipping profile you choose in checkout, I currently offer USPS First Class Shipping (3-5 Postal Business Days) or USPS Priority (1-3 Postal Business Days). Shipping typically starts at $4.00 and orders of $40+ recieve free shipping using code "BCDVY7".
HOW LONG TILL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
I typically mail out orders within 1-4 business days! I am a one person operation so things can be delayed during holidays and other special circumstances. I appreciate your patience and understanding!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately this store does not ship internationally due to all the customs now in place. Fortunately my etsy store is open for my internaional people! If you see something that is on here but not on my etsy please message me on etsy!
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN'T RECIEVE IT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please start by checking with your local postal office ASAP! Once your item has been shipped and it is in USPS possession, I no longer have any control over the package.
Follow all progress for tracking down your package with your local USPS and/or ask your neighbors to see if the package was accidently delivered to the wrong address!
If the package is returned to me due to an inncorrect address, I can resend it as long as the customer covers the shipping fee. If your package has been truely lost, as in you went through USPS and asked around to no avial, please contact me via website or email at [email protected] and we shall discuss it further.
CAN YOU COMBINE SHIPPING IF I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS?
Yes! Please contact me via website or email at [email protected] with your order number to request combined shipping ASAP. If your order has already shipped they cannot be combined, so please be prompt with requests for combined shipping. If your orders can be combined, I will refund any excess shipping charges promptly.
I ACCIDENTLY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact me via website or email at [email protected] with your order number and the correct shipping address ASAP!!! If the order has not shipped, I can change the address.
If the order has already been shipped it is out of my hands. I am not responsible for any missing packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provied by the buyer, and you will not recieve a refund. If the order is returned back to me, you may purchase additional shipping to have it reshipped, or you can request a refund minus the cost of shipping.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES?
Yes I do offer refunds/exchanges and cancellations.
For cancellations please contact me via website or email at [email protected] ASAP with your order number, if it has not shipped I can cancel it.
For refunds/exchanges I can refund/exchange within 14 days of the delivery day, but you must pay for shipping costs for it to be returned to me. Items must be in perfect unused condition.
MY ITEM IS BROKEN/DEFECTIVE
On the rare chance there is a problem with the item(s) in your order please send pictures to my email at [email protected]. I will be more than happy to provide you a return label to have it sent back to me. Please note I will not be able to reship the new item until I have the original defective item in my hands. Thank you for your understanding.
WHEN WILL MY PRE ORDER ITEM SHIP?
Please visit the item(s) in question's page and the description will tell you when the item will approx. ship. Preorder details are subject to small changes, and delivery dates are estimated and may take longer depending on production.
I PURCHASED A PRE ORDER ITEM AND AN IN STOCK ITEM. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Your entire order will be on hold until the pre order item arrives.
If you wish to have them shipped seperately you must place two seperate orders and pay shipping for both orders.
If you place separate orders for pre-order items that are estimated to arrive at separate times, the items will ship separately. If they are estimated to arrive at the same time, the items will ship together.
I FORGOT TO ADD A COUPON TO MY ORDER, CAN YOU ADD IT?
No, coupons cannot be added to the order after the fact.
